About Us
Euro Soccer Schools, as members and licensed by the US Soccer Federation (USSF) and National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) are a Pre School Soccer training program, serving Central Florida and now Los Angeles California since 2005. With over 3000 participants, ESS has made a huge positive impact on the community by striving to give over and above performance thus eliminating memories of those negative soccer experiences where children drop out of the sport due to minimal involvement.
At a total of 21 School locations our highly trained and licensed coaches teach scientifically approved activities as methods of improving balance, coordination agility, ball control technique but also discipline and good sporting morals.
Children as young as 2 years old participate, right up to age 12. Each age group has an appropriate adaptation of competitive level. Sessions consist of low and high intensity excitement of games and activities
depending on the temperature, age group, ability level, playing area and environment. Sessions are safe, fun but ultimately very subtly instructional. Children are given tasks to come up with the answers themselves. We guide them to the right answer as opposed to just giving them the answer. This way they teach themselves.
Classes can be paid monthly or by the season. Each week, Kids are collected by the coach from their class, taken to the area or field within the school, and returned safely following the class. Wearing soccer cleats are not necessary but sneakers are a must. Sandals are not suitable. Wearing shorts and T shirts will help with mobility too.
E.S.S Owner C.E.O. & Founder Denver Newton, from Scotland, a former Semi Pro player is a Sports Science Graduate and National B License coach. He believes that children deserve to be treated as children and given the freedom to learn in a safe and happy environment. “By eliminating the completive environment at early developmental stages, our children grow in confidence and don’t become discouraged by loosing. As they age, these fundamental skills prepare them for realistic competition. At this point we are able to teach handling defeat in the correct manner. Realistic goals are set and motives are introduced for kids to achieve success in game like activities. This is the future of developing soccer players and well rounded individuals” Denver Newton BSc
